The KUB DrillmaxTM high-performance solid carbide drills is part of the 3 to 16mm and length/diameter ratios of 5×D and 8×D for small diameter ranges. It features an effective coating technology that allows longer tool edge life, excellent drill geometry technology and better carbide coordination. It has great hole tolerances with special flutes for better chip removal.
It has an IT9 hole tolerance possibility with a 3.00 up to 16.00mm drill diameter measurements and an HA or DIN 6335 Shank shape while having an TiAlN coating. It possesses an internal coolant supply, a 140° point angle and 30° literal rake angle.
